3. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 Pine Street, Suite 701, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA). When you visit the website, Vercel records technically necessary server log files containing your browser type, operating system, referrer, IP address and the time of access. This data is processed solely to ensure operation and diagnose errors, and is not combined with other data sources. Vercel is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. 4. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, tracking or analytics tools.

5. Contacting us

If you contact us through the contact form, the data you enter (email address, message and selected interests) is sent to our server and delivered to us as an email through the email service Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA). Resend processes this data solely on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR). Resend is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; the EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply in addition. If you contact us by email, the data you provide (name, email address, message content) is stored.

Our mailbox is provided through the Spacemail service of Spaceship, Inc. (4600 East Washington Street, Suite 300, Phoenix, AZ 85034, USA). In both cases, Spaceship processes your message solely on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR). Transfers to the USA are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. In both cases, your data is used solely to process your inquiry and is not passed on to third parties beyond the service providers named here. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. The data is deleted once your inquiry has been fully processed.

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).
